Order Cancellation
All orders placed on brownandblack.in are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. We begin processing your order immediately after placement to ensure the fastest possible delivery. We therefore strongly recommend reviewing your order — including product, size, colour, and delivery address — carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund. To initiate a refund:

- Share clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging
- Our team will review and confirm your refund request within 2–3 business days
Once approved, the refund amount will be credited directly to your provided bank account within 5–7 business days.
